I developed an ebook and infographic, turning research and stakeholder insights into accessible narratives and working with design to carry them through.
What to review
The ebook covers hiring processes; the infographic explores changing worker–employer relationships.
Microsoft guided toursUX writing
Show the product.
Guide the reader.
Step-by-step writing that connects product capabilities to a recognizable use case.
My contribution Product research, user-flow mapping, and script writing with cross-functional collaborators.
I review posts against the standards I developed. For roughly the past 18 months, I’ve personally reviewed, proofed, finalized, and quality-checked most posts, with the editors I manage handling others.
Ownership and team depth
I kept review and finalization with the editor who wrote the brief and spread blog ownership across editors to build depth in the workstream.
Calendar-agent design
I designed a daily roundup agent to help editors keep up with the client’s changing blog calendar.
Choosing the right tools
I dropped plans for a separate finalization tool when existing legal-review and proofing skills already covered the need.

Microsoft / Frontier TransformationMessaging strategy
I authored partner messaging and developed the FY27 messaging and positioning framework to connect that vision with partner opportunity and program value.
My role Authorship, messaging strategy, framework development, and stakeholder alignment.
Translate a broad AI transformation strategy into a clear partner value proposition.
What I shaped
I wrote the initial framework, synthesized executive and program feedback, and brought technical, partner, and program inputs into one narrative.
What I built
Across the broader messaging practice, I developed frameworks, built a proof-point library, and launched a hub for teams to find and apply approved guidance.
Reusable AI tools, editorial practice, and team leadership.
Built & maintainedAI content production
Full-length content.
Human-led, AI-enabled.
I helped turn AI editorial and design skills into a repeatable way to produce complete whitepapers and ebooks. We streamlined the work while people led SME interviews, outlines, structure, and revisions.
My role I built the editorial agents and skills used across our Microsoft work, and I continue to develop and maintain them. I also co-lead our shared AI practice.
Account-wide tools. Workstream-specific skills. The whitepaper and ebook Claude skills I built serve an industry workstream spanning ten industries. My broader editorial agents and skills support research, drafting, proofing, and review across the Microsoft account.
Behind the work +
What I encoded
I built reusable structures for each format around a shared voice, citation, and sourcing reference. The skills carry those standards into each draft, with headlines and content shaped for the industry.
What we streamlined
Our team paired editorial and design skills to move from a human-shaped outline to a complete asset. Shared guidance reduced the need to rebuild the approach for every piece, while people led interviews, structure, and revisions.
What we keep improving
I test and refine the editorial tools within a four-person cross-functional AI team, with GitHub as part of our governed agents layer.

Editorial leadership
Standards that stick. Teams that grow.
I lead the work and help people do it well: setting editorial standards, guiding complex workstreams, and coaching writers.
AI enablement / Led
Listen before training.
I led a team feedback pulse and readout to distinguish confidence in using AI tools from confidence in judging their output. I used what we heard to shape practical enablement around output evaluation and a clearer source for current processes.
Editorial operations / Resourcing oversight
Make ownership clear.
For the current industry-marketing workstream, I oversee resourcing while the project editorial lead owns direction, execution, and final sign-off.

02 A little background
Editorial range. Hands-on craft.
I care about the writing and the people doing it.
I’m Senior Director of Editorial at Johnnie Studio on the Microsoft account, where I’ve grown from copywriter to account-level editorial leadership since 2020.
Earlier work in teaching, technical documentation, and community journalism still shapes my approach: research carefully, listen closely, and respect the reader.
